  1. Homeschool teacher appreciation week just happens to fall on my birthday week. 🙂 We are celebrating by not having school on my birthday, but just going to spend time together!

  2. I am the homeschool teacher and I would just like coffee, chocolate, and some time alone to soak my feet and read a book. Love teaching them every day and being so blessed to see them excel in person ❤

  3. We celebrate by me telling the kids, “TV day!” *educational only. And we have a chillax day. 🙂 …. Though my kids only watched 1 episode then proceeded to make a mess in their room.

  4. This was a week of tremendous “wins” for Teacher Appreciation Week. Saturday, my husband and I went with our oldest son (age 20) to register him for classes at Lincoln Christian University, where he will be transferring in August with a full-tuition scholarship and a nearly perfect 4.0 GPA from our local Jr. College. I went to the Clean Water Festival on Monday with my 2 youngest sons (age 12 and 9). Really fun and interesting field trip! Then, today I went shopping with my 18 year old for graduation party supplies for his upcoming graduation on May 20th.

  5. I would like for my kids to give me a bit of free time to relax…..a nice homemade card would be the cherry on top.

  6. I think it would be neat to have the kids choose something they have learned and display/perform a show for mom…a visual of what they have learned. Put on by the kids.

  7. A “thanks mom” and “your a good teacher” is always nice to hear. It is always nice to hear some confirmation that I am doing a good job as a teacher/mom.

  8. I would like to be appreciated for all of the work I put into homeschooling. Some people assume it’s an “easy” job when it is anything but easy. Knowing my children’s education sits on my shoulders can be mentally exhausting. I wish someone would say, “Go take a llong, hot bath. You deserve it.”

  9. Thank you for the opportunity to win! We took two field trips to finish up April. No one knows it’s teachers appreciation week, but If I could have something, I’d wish for a week where we could get more accomplished. Spring fever has hit my teens!

  13. I’m very blessed to have a daughter who thanks me even when it’s not a special appreciation day. This week, she made me a trail of happy notecards with an inspirational sentence on the front of each one, and a cute illustration on the back. I found them leading down the hallway, and they brightened my day.
